Yellow Taxi Tomato#

A medium-to-large deeply yellow Tomato; plants indet. to above 1m tall, very sprawley. They seem somewhat blight resistant -- in summer-2007 they were next to very badly blight-infected CherokeePurpleTomato, yet several plants still managed to survive and produce some fruit.

Was not massively impressed with their flavour as a raw Tomato -- it had an odd "musty" taste. However this slightly odd flavour disappeared on cooking and they were sweet and very nice eating once cooked. Would suggest that they're best kept for frying, grilling or roasting, or perhaps for cooked sauces.
