Plant indet., upright habit, quite tall -- plants are now flowering at around 1.5m tall.

Flowers medium-sized, fused anther-cone, in clusters of 5 to 7 flowers. Leaves ordinary. Good, robust growth; a stiff, fairly upright plant, with lots of strong shoots at every leaf axil. Leaf shape is modern. This plant would almost certainly be very good for propagating by cuttings!

Fruit 2.5-3.5cm, reddish-orange and very juicy. Prone to splitting. Skin is thin and soft. Flavour is outstanding! A fast, very tomatoey flavour -- almost as intense as tomato-paste, no acid bite, and a quick finish.

Seed sown in trays in Sept-08, 6 plants transplanted approx. Nov-08. These plants have been pampered with water, but GardenBed12 was not in a particularly great condition to start wiwth. Flowering started around early Jan-09. First harvest late Jan-09.
